We focus on training obstacles, fun exercises, running courses and a little bit of free play to have fun and show off their new skills! Limited Space is available so make sure to register in advance.
Camps are for ages 6-14
Kids will need to wear clean, dry tennis shoes & it is ideal to bring a water bottle!

3 Day Ninja Camps
3 Day Ninja Camp Dates:
Session 1: June 7th, 9th & 11th
Session 2: June 21st, 23rd & 25th
Session 3: Aug. 16th, 18th & 20th
Parkour is getting from point A to B in a fast and efficient manner regardless of the obstacles.
Kids will learn a variety of rolls, using vaults, foot work, climbing and lots of balance! Most of Parkour is lower body work but we do incorporate some Ninja obstacles for upper body work.
Limited space. Camps will fill quickly.
No experience necessary.
